Our apologies to anybody having trouble getting to the beta right now and earlier today- here’s the explanation from our provider:
After further investigation, we have been notified of a large scale fiber cut between Los Angeles and Washington state that almost all major transit carriers utilize. This began to cause routing problems for people all over the west coast on a large scale, and is thus beyond [our] direct control. Major carriers are working to re-route traffic across other links. They do not have an estimated time of restoral for the fiber link, however they are working as diligently as possible to reroute traffic for their customers, so it may reach it’s destination.
As we are heading toward a full beta launch within the next few weeks, please expect very infrequent posts to this blog. At the moment, we are busy fixing and finishing the poise and polish of Jamglue as based on the fantastic feedback of our friends and family.
We are excited to widen our audience, so please stay tuned for our public launch! In the mean time, dust off your guitars, hum some scales, rally your killer mixing skills, and get ready to Glue it to the Man.
This last week we’ve aggressively expanded our friends and family beta, so if you’re a friend or family of one of us, and would like an account, please drop us a line!
We appreciate any comments, questions, or criticisms you have, please send it to feedback@jamglue.com, or post a comment here if you see bug testing as public space performance art (I know I do).
